These terms apply to the Holiday Wishes Android app, published by INTRICRAFT SRL (CUI RO8151626, Iași, Romania). By using the app you agree to them.
Using the app
The app is free and supported by ads. You may use it for personal, non-commercial purposes: browsing wishes, creating cards and sharing them with people you know.
Your content
You are responsible for the photos and text you add to cards and for what you share. Do not use the app to send content that is illegal, offensive or that you do not have the right to use.
Our content
The wishes, card frames, icons and other materials in the app belong to INTRICRAFT SRL or its licensors. You may share them through the app, but you may not copy, resell or redistribute them in bulk.
Ads
The app shows ads provided by Google AdMob. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or websites they lead to.
No warranty
The app is provided "as is". We do our best to keep it working, but we do not guarantee it will be error-free or always available. To the extent permitted by law, INTRICRAFT SRL is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the app.
Privacy
How we handle data is described in the Privacy Policy.
Changes and law
